Returns and Repairs

In the unlikely event of a problem occurring with a Triax product, the item should be returned in the first instance to the relevant Triax distributor under the terms of their warranty.

Triax distributors should return products within warranty for the attention of the Customer Service Team at the Triax UK address.

Products being returned should be accompanied by the following information:

  • Customer name, address, phone number and contact person
  • Product code, description and serial number (if applicable)
  • Precise description of fault
  • Accessories included in the package

Failure to provide relevant information could result in a delay processing the returned items.
