The link budget of your transmitter/receiver products normally determine the limits of the number of ways you can split.
Using TOS splitters in cascade with optical LNB products the link budget allows splitting upto 32 ways.
Depending on the transmitter power for the Triax Hybrid Fibre Coax (HFC), splitting into 32 or even 64 ways is possible.
